MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS (BOD) MEETING 
EMERALD COAST CHAPTER (ECC) INTERNATIONAL TEST AND EVALUATION ASSOCIATION (ITEA)

The BOD met Monday, October 4, 1999 in Room 415 of Building 349 on Eglin Air 
Force Base at 11:30 AM. President Tom Rodgers called the meeting to order at 
11:30 AM. Steve Czonstka, Lee Newton were present. Andy Keith and Lynn 
Stockbridge also attended. There was not a quorum. The previous meeting's 
minutes were reviewed. The Treasurer was not present and no report was given.

	Lee Newton reported concerning the ITEA National Symposium held in 
Atlanta during September 21-23. The National Symposium was scheduled to be 
held in Hersey, PA in 2000. The Programs Committee announced that Mr Bob 
Arnold would present a briefing concerning the Gulf Range Complex Strategic 
Plan at a joint meeting with the Eglin AOC tentatively scheduled for the 
Eglin Enlisted Club on Tuesday, November 2nd. No program was scheduled for 
October due to Eglin Industry Day on Oct 20-21. 

	Actions to initiate planning to cosponsor a symposium with the Seek 
Eagle Program Office March 14-16, 2000 were not proceeding. The President 
requested any further topics for discussion. The Secretary reminded the BOD 
that election of officers for the terms expiring at the end of the year 
needed to be addressed in the near future. The next regular BOD meeting 
would be Monday, November 1 at 11:30 AM in Room 415, Bldg 349. The meeting 
adjourned at 12:20 hrs.
