MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS (BOD) MEETING
EMERALD COAST CHAPTER (ECC) 
INTERNATIONAL TEST AND EVALUATION ASSOCIATION (ITEA)


The BOD met Monday, November 1, 1999 in Room 415 of Building 349 on Eglin 
Air Force Base at 12:30 AM. The meeting time was changed from the previously 
scheduled time of 11:30 AM at the request of several BOD members to enable 
them to attend. President Tom Rodgers called the meeting to order. Steve 
Czonstka, Buff Tibbetts, Tom Devenny, Mike Buck, Bill Dyess, Steve Hall and 
Pete Abler were present. The previous meeting's minutes were reviewed and 
approved. The Treasurer was not present and no report was given. There were 
no reports from the Education or Membership Committees

	The next scheduled membership meeting was a joint luncheon at the 
Eglin Officers Club on Wednesday, November 10th where Mr Bob Arnold would 
present a briefing on the Gulf Range Complex Strategic Plan. On December 7th 
the next program would be held at the GERC at 4PM. The BOD selected 
March 4-8, 2001 for the next locally sponsored symposium at Sandestin. 
Actions to initiate planning to cosponsor a symposium with the Seek Eagle 
Program Office in 2000 were not proceeding. The President requested any 
nominations for the Officer positions for those with terms expiring at the 
end of 1999. Tom Swope, who was present, was nominated for a Directors 
Position. The next regular BOD meeting would be Monday, December 6 at 3:30 PM 
in Room 415, Bldg 349. The meeting adjourned at 13:20 hrs.
